This deposit secures their place in the manufacturing queue and initiates their Proxima Vans journey.

The client confirms their material color customization and add-ons.

The contract is then drafted, detailing the terms of purchase and customization. Once the final contract is signed, the Sprinter chassis is sourced and reserved.

The customer receives a payment link or invoice for a 60% reservation payment.

Proxima Vans begins the manufacturing process of the customized van.

Regular updates are provided to the customer on the progress, including photos and estimated completion dates.

Upon finalization, the consumer receives notification, and the ultimate payment is set up.

Delivery particulars are arranged with the consumer at their nearby Mercedes-Benz dealer to ensure a smooth handover of their new Proxima Van.
